SHIPPING:

Our items ship within 24-72 business hours of cleared payment. Shipping is FREE for most items to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders only pay the difference.

Some of the pallets and truckload deals DO NOT include free shipping, and buyer will be required to pay exact freight on those items. Shipping terms are stated at the bottom of each product listing, and any items that do not include free shipping clearly state that information at the bottom of the product description. The buyer is allowed to arrange their own freight, or we can arrange freight for the customer. We do get very competitive freight rates due to large volume shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers may contact us for for shipping quotes. For accurate shipping quotes the following information is needed:

1. What type of pallet/load are you purchasing?
2. How many pallets are you purchasing?
3. What is your zip code?
4. Is your address a business or a residential address, and do you need a lift-gate?

Generally, pallet deliveries to a residence will require a lift-gate to lower the pallet(s) to the ground. Commercial locations, if not equipped with a loading dock or a forklift will also require a lift-gate.

Freight rates change frequently. As a general rule of thumb, freight rates are good for about 3-5 days after we email them to you. In the event that the rate changes, we will email you with the new rate.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Many countries may have restrictions on what types of goods can be imported and some goods may be completely restricted from importation. Most international shipping quotes DO NOT include any customs, import fees or sales tax (GST or VAT). BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING ALL IMPORT LAWS FOR THEIR COUNTRY. MIDWESTERN WHOLESALER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMS.

RETURNS:

We do our best to describe our merchandise as accurately as possible, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. See on eBay we do have 100% positive feedback and very high customer satisfaction.

Any shortages, damages or not as described merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be returned and received within 14 business days of purchase. We give merchandise credit only, no cash refunds.

All refunds and credits are less original shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our part. If for example you purchased an electronics load, and you received clothing, then of course we will fully compensate you for this including all shipping charges.
